Watched Endukante Premanta@INOX Gandhinagar
After
the blasting hit of Darling movie. Karunakaran come with another love story “Endukante
Premanta”. The audio has been already successful from day one. Being a
Karunakaran’s movie, I had a few pre-defined expectations on this movie.
Well,
straight to the point...I feel that the movie is Below Average. The story has a
point to it, but the director somehow couldn’t convey his point to the audience.
Heard that this movie is a free make of “Just like Heaven”.

Highlights:
- Production
values of Sravanthi Arts are lavishing.
- Cinematography
was good in parts.
- Music
was pleasing to ears in Audio, but wasn’t catchy on screen.
- Ram and his dances are
good as usual; costumes of Ram need a special mention.
- Performance of Thamanna
is good.
- Anu Hassan did her role
well.
Lowlights:
- Songs
aren’t picturized well (which is an asset to Karunakaran in all his
previous movies.)
- Songs
doesn’t gel with the script and placed improperly and disturb the
narration of the script.
- Used of
unnecessary Graphics in songs which are not up to the standards these
days. The graphic shots are very cheap in their output.
- Editing
could have been crispier for such subject. The second half tests the
patience of the audience.
- Bramhanandam
and Raghu babu are wasted in the movie.
My Suggestion: Endukante premanta movie has a different
storyline which isn’t of the regular Telugu cinema format. But the director miserably
failed in the narration. You can happily avoid watching this movie.
Well coming to the rating, it is 2/5 (This is my personal opinion on this particular movie - U watch the movie and decide for yourself).
